REFUND POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your FIIYA purchase. But should anything not be quite right then you can contact us at hello@fiiya.co.uk

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 days has passed since you received your item then unfortunately we cannot offer a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.  You’ll also need your proof of purchase. Please get in touch at hello@fiiya.co.uk so we can approve your return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The item must also be unused and in its original packaging.

To return your product please send it to: FIIYA, 79 Carr Road, Calverley, Leeds LS28 5RJ. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund shipping costs will be deducted. Please consider using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for not receiving your return.

Once your return is received and inspected by us we will send you an email to confirm receipt and we’ll also let you know if your returned item has been approved for a refund. If it is approved then you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 30 days. 

Only full price items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Damages: We pack your order really well but accept that from time to time damages will occur. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can help. Photographic proof of any damage will be required along with proof of purchase. The item must also be unused and in its original packaging.
